TORONTO - Former Toronto FC defender Gale Agbossoumonde has signed with the Tampa Bay Rowdies of the North American Soccer League.The Togolese-bon American played 13 games for Toronto FC after being acquired through a weighted MLS lottery conducted in December 2012. Toronto traded the 23-year-old Agbossoumonde to the Colorado Rapids in May in exchange for striker Luke Moore.The Tampa move reunites Agbossoumonde with Rowdies coach Thomas Rongen, a former Toronto FC academy head who coached him on the U.S. under-20 team.Gale is big, tall and athletic, Rongen said in a statement Monday.
