VANCOUVER -- The PGA Tour Canada finally kicks off its season this week with a new event in Vancouver at Point Grey Golf and Country Club. The tour has played at Point Grey before for a different event. Two of the top 10 money winners from last season -- Riley Wheeldon and Joe Panzeri -- are in the field this week. The tour shifts to Victoria next week for the Bayview Place Island Savings Open, where Stephen Gangluff closed with back-to-back 66s last year to win by two strokes. There are 12 events on the tour calendar this year, wrapping up with the Tour Championship of Canada beginning Sept. 11. Darrell Green Jersey . Organizers say a decision on the womens 12.5K mass start, which is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. (10 a.m. ET), is expected at 44 p.ddddddddddddm. The mens race initially was delayed by one hour and then postponed Sunday because fog made for poor visibility on the shooting range. It was reset for Monday at 10 a.m. (1 a.m. ET).
